CoClass Private Limited operates the CoClass platform in accordance with Singapore PDPA 2012.

• Child information (name, age, class details)
• Usage and technical data

2. Purpose of Collection

Data is used for account management, class enrollment, payments, communication, and legal compliance.

3. Payments (HitPay)

Payments are processed securely by HitPay. CoClass never stores full card or bank details. Centre payouts are handled manually.

4. Data Disclosure

Data may be shared with payment providers, coaching centres, service providers, or authorities as required by law.

5. Data Retention & Security

Personal data is retained only as necessary and protected using reasonable safeguards.
